My Fulfillment, Cancellation, & Refund Policy for all services purchased from www.whispertraining.net, Rebekah Nelson, & Whisper Training is as follows. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis at my sole discretion.
Once checkout process is completed I do not offer cancellation or refunds unless I am unable to fulfill the coaching session for some reason (see below). However at my discretion I can approve the transfer of your session to someone else. If you are unable to complete your session & wish to gift your session to another person, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org for approval.
If for some reason I am not able to complete the coaching session within the allotted time frame (due to health or family emergency or for any other reason) clients will be offered a full refund or for the coaching to be completed at a later date (your choice). If a video is sent to me that is outside my area of expertise I will offer you the option to either send me a new video asking for help with something that I'm an expert in or I will cancel your session & refund your money. Please see my website info for the types of things I can help you with & if you need help with something that isn't listed, just shoot me an email and see if it's something I'm qualified to assist you with prior to booking a session.
The time frames for video return are as follows:
- I will return your video with a voiceover with my feedback and advice within 21 days of receiving your original video file.
- You have up to 10 days to review the video footage.
- If you purchased video coaching with email follow up, you have an additional 10 days to follow up via email after your video review period (though you are welcome to begin the email follow up at any time after you receive your video back.- I will respond to up to 3 emails from you)
- If doing video coaching with video call follow up you will have 14 days after the video review period to schedule your video call follow up, though it can be scheduled at any time after you receive your video back from me by contacting me via email.
Please try your best to be ready and available on time for our scheduled call. If you get on the call late, we will not have as much time to discuss your questions (I do not go over time) and I want you to get as much help as possible. If you are not available for the call or cancel less than 24 hrs before the call, the call will not be rescheduled. I do allow 1 cancellation and rescheduling of the video call follow up per session purchased providing you contact me at least 24 hrs prior to your scheduled call.
Single sessions purchased must be redeemed within 3 MONTHS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE.
For 3-Session Packages, all sessions must be redeemed within 1 YEAR OF ORGINAL PURCHASE DATE.
